Refund Policies

 We strive to provide the best customer satisfaction, in the rare case that we do not meet that expectation we offer the following solutions.If there are any questions or concerns about our return policy please call the restaurant directly. 

Wrong Order:

 Once you have ordered and have found that you received the wrong food, please call the restaurant immediately. You may come and pick up the proper food or ask for it to be redelivered. Please look below to read our redelivery policy. Your order will be a priority if you come to pick up or want redelivery. As for cash orders we will ask you to pay the difference if the item you received has a greater value then the correct item. If the product you requested is a lesser value then what you received, you will be reimbursed the difference. In the case this problem arises please return the food that was incorrect in the original packaging, without the original order and exchange cannot be made. NO EXCHANGES will be made the next day. 

Missing Food:

 

If you find that you are missing an item from your order, please call the store immediately. You can come in and pick up missing items or ask for it to be redelivered. Please read below for our redelivery policy. Your order will be a priority if you come to pick up. You may cancel the missed food before we prepare it, and we will refund the amount of the missing item back on a credit card or you will be given a store credit for the amount of the missing item. 

Bad Food:

 

All of our orders are cooked fresh and to order. We take great care in making sure our products are of the finest quality. If you have received any order from our store that has been damaged, badly packaged, uncared for by delivery, or if there are unusual objects in your food, please call the store immediately. We need the food returned to the store intact and in the original packaging to inspect and find the cause of the problem. There can be no more than 25% of the order missing, eaten or thrown away. If there is more than that eaten, missing or thrown away, please note NO credit will be given. Once given the wronged food we will promptly make you a new order, you may come and pick it up or have the order be redelivered. Please read below our redelivery policy.

If you do not wish to have your item remade, we will gladly refund the funds back to your card ONLY after receiving the food back in its original container and being confirmed of the restaurant's error by the manager on shift that day. NO EXCHANGES will be done the next day!

Return/Cancelations

 Once you have ordered and your order has been prepared, whether it was a mistake or you changed your mind we cannot cancel, refund or give store credit for that order. There will be NO returns or refunds for orders placed by yourself online. If a cancelation has been made, you refuse an order or do not pick up your order, you will be required to pay for that order before another order is made. In rare cases at the managers discretion you may receive a small courtesy discount. Please contact us directly for any questions. 

Online Orders

If you place an order online and you put the order in incorrectly. We WILL NOT remake your order or give you a credit. If you have questions or unsure how to order online. PLEASE call the store first to ask or call right after you order. There is a section for special requests when you order as well. DO NOT ASSUME we know what you mean. Make it clear beforehand.

Redelivery Policy

 If you received your original order by delivery, we could redeliver to the same address ONLY. We will send out your order as quickly as possibly but cannot guarantee a delivery time. We WILL NOT refund delivery fees or driver tips. If your order is being redelivered due to a mistake there will be no additional delivery fee. We will only redeliver in our delivery area.  If there is a problem with any delivery, please call our store directly not the drivers. 

Company Policy

 

  • When an exchange has to occur if there is more than 25% of the item in question missing, removed or consumed we CANNOT issue any refund, discount or store credit. If the food has been discarded, repackaged or tampered with we can not verify the reason how the problem has occurred, therefore we cannot issue any refund, discount or store credit.
  • We cannot refund or offer store credit on already credited food. If any customer abuses our return policy we unfortunately cannot continue to do business with that customer. As a private business, it is our right to refuse service to any customer for any reason. We aspire to provide the very best service and quality of our food to our amazing and frequent customers.
  • We CANNOT refund a tip or extra money you may have mistakenly given to a Delivery Driver at the Door. Make sure your change is correct at the DOOR. 
  • We Encourage you to check your order before leaving the store so if any corrections are needed they can be handled promptly. If you are not comfortable checking your order our staff would be happy to assist. 
  • Orders from 3rd Party Web Sites are NOT affiliated with Gianellis or ChickenMan. If you had a problem with their delivery or ordering you must contact the company you used.
  • Whether you place an order online or via the telephone, the credit card used MUST be present for verification.
